“Vantrow” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the business that operates the website at getvantrow.com. You can reach us about any privacy question at andrew@getvantrow.com. This policy covers the public website only; any client portal or product you access under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement.

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view — for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking. getvantrow.com does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that identify you. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not track you across other websites.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send us sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
