Privacy Policy

Who we are

“Vantrow” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the business that operates the website at getvantrow.com. You can reach us about any privacy question at andrew@getvantrow.com. This policy covers the public website only; any client portal or product you access under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact or demo-request form, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, optionally your phone number, company, and your message. We only ask for what we need to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view — for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking. Most cookies set by getvantrow.com are strictly necessary for the site to function. In addition, our public marketing pages use one advertising measurement tool — the TikTok Pixel, described below. We use no other third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Aggregate analytics. To understand which pages are useful, we measure page views in aggregate using cookieless analytics — Vercel Web Analytics and our own first-party page counts. These record the page visited, referrer, and coarse country/device, without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without building a profile of you.

Advertising measurement (TikTok Pixel). Our public marketing pages include TikTok’s measurement pixel, which helps us understand which visits, form submissions, and call bookings come from our TikTok content and ads. It may set cookies (such as _ttp) and shares usage signals with TikTok. If you submit our contact form, your email address and phone number are hashed (SHA-256) in your browser before being shared with TikTok to match conversions — TikTok does not receive them in plain text from us. TikTok’s handling of this data is described in the TikTok privacy policy. You can limit this measurement with browser settings or content blockers, and you can always email us instead of using the form.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• respond to your inquiry and follow up about your request;
• discuss, scope, and provide the services you ask about; and
• maintain the security and proper functioning of the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list or send you unrelated promotional email without your consent.

Text messaging (SMS)

Some Vantrow client tools let authorized members of a client’s team text a dedicated number to capture updates and notes into that organization’s own private dashboard. The number is opt-in by use: you are messaged only after you text it first. If you use this feature:

• What we collect. The mobile number you text from, the content of the messages you send, and timestamps — used solely to record your update in your organization’s dashboard and to send you a brief confirmation reply.
• We never sell or share your mobile number. Mobile information and text opt-in are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with the mobile carriers and our messaging provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver the service.
• Message frequency varies and is driven by you — messages are conversational and occur only when you choose to text the number.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• Opt out any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help, or email andrew@getvantrow.com.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run the site, and they process information only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Resend — delivering the email generated when you submit a form (your message to us, and your confirmation).
• Twilio — delivering and receiving the text messages used by our client messaging features.
• TikTok — advertising measurement on our public marketing pages, as described under “Advertising measurement” above.

We do not share your information with anyone else except as described below.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send us sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the EU/UK, California, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, email us at andrew@getvantrow.com and we’ll respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and information you provide is processed there. By using the site or contacting us, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; their policies govern your use of them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here, so please check back periodically.
