About Vantrow
We build the software businesses wish they had.
Vantrow is a small studio. We embed with a few firms at a time and build the custom layer that connects everything they already run — software they own, not rent. And when a build proves out an entire industry, it becomes a company of its own.
Building software the way it should be.
What we build
Software you own
The custom layer over the tools your business already runs — shaped to how you actually work, and yours to keep for good.
Who it's for
Real businesses
Operating companies that run on spreadsheets, inboxes, and a dozen tools that don't talk to each other.
What we believe
You stay in control
You should own your software, and nothing should ever reach a customer or a contract without your say-so.
Who’s behind it
We come from operating companies, so we know the daily reality of running a business on a dozen disconnected tools. We build the opposite: one system, shaped to how you actually work, that you own outright.
We hold ourselves to the same bar we set for our clients — we run our own company on the same software we build for them. It drafts our work and does the busywork, but it can never act on its own. A person always decides, and every step is written down. That’s the whole idea: powerful software you can actually trust, because you’re always the one in control.
And when one of those builds proves out an entire industry, we give it a life of its own: a company with its own name and its own customers, run on the same standard. Eaverow and Parcelrow are the first two. They won’t be the last.
How we work
Embedded, built to fit, handed over.
We embed
We sit with your team and learn how your business really works — no discovery deck, just understanding.
We build
We bring your tools together, take care of the busywork, and build the software your business needs.
You own it
We hand it over — your data, your system, an honest record of every action. No lock-in, ever.
Want to build something you own?
Bring the workflow that’s costing your team time. We’ll show you what we’d build first — and how you’d own it.
